In accordance with APP 2, wherever it is lawful and practicable, individuals have the option of not identifying themselves, or of using a pseudonym when dealing with us. Individuals will not have this option in circumstances where:

The Law or a court/tribunal order requires identification: If there are legal requirements for identification, we cannot offer anonymity or pseudonymity.

It is impracticable: Sometimes we aren’t able to deal with individuals who have not identified themselves: In situations where identification is essential for the practical completion of a transaction or service, we may require personal details.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 business days and assign a trained privacy officer to investigate. Our aim is to resolve complaints within 21 days; however, if more time is needed due to complex issues, we will inform you of the delay.

Upon completion of the investigation, we will contact you to discuss the outcome, using your preferred method of communication. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate the issue to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

As per APP 2, we accept complaints made anonymously or under a pseudonym where practical and lawful. Our staff are trained in privacy and complaint handling in accordance with the APPs, ensuring professional and efficient resolution.
